Use of the service
- Use Sportingo only for lawful, respectful, and authorized purposes.
- Keep your login device, verification codes, and account access secure.
- Do not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or misuse another person's information.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the service. Young athletes should use Sportingo with guardian or responsible adult involvement.
Content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You allow Sportingo to host and process that content as needed to operate, support, protect, and improve the service.
Account requests
You may ask to access or delete account information through the data access and deletion page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the competent courts at the seat of Sparkstream Technology LLP.
