Every session leaves a record

Your coach scores the same skills on the same scale each time, in categories they choose, so you can see what moved. Comments can be spoken, and you can listen to them next to the words. Sportingo drafts the written summary from the coach's own notes. The coach edits it, and nothing reaches you until they approve it.

Under 18? A parent runs the account

  • 01You give consent, book and pay. Your child trains. Reminders and receipts come to you.
  • 02You decide who sees what. Photos, videos and reports are shared with you and the coach, and no one else unless you allow it.
  • 03You can take it back. Remove a coach's access or delete your child's data from settings.

Coaches: open your hours once

Athletes book the slots you open and pay before they arrive. Or start a session now with any athlete you coach, no booking needed, and they can pay afterwards.

Schedule
Weekly hours, buffers and blocked dates. No double bookings.
During the session
Voice notes up to 10 minutes, photos and video, filed against the athlete. A live session bar on your lock screen shows the timer and lets you pause or end.
Scoring
Use your own score categories: add, rename or remove them, or reset to the standard list.
After
Speak or type each comment, edit the draft summary, send it. The athlete can listen to your voice next to the words.
Payouts
Paid through Razorpay, with every session's status in one list.

Questions

Where do I get Sportingo?

Sportingo is free on the App Store and Google Play. Install it, sign in and join your coach from their invite. It starts with cricket.

How much does a session cost?

Your coach sets their own price, the same as today. You will see the session price, any platform fee and the total before you pay.

Can a session start without a booking?

Yes. A coach can start a session now with any athlete they coach, with an optional price, and the athlete can pay afterwards.

How do I pay?

In the app, through Razorpay, with UPI, cards or netbanking.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, inside the coach's cancellation window, which is shown on the booking screen before you pay. Refunds go back to the method you paid with.

My child is under 18. Can they sign up?

Not on their own. A parent or guardian creates the account, adds the athlete and gives consent. Athletes under 18 use Sportingo through that account.

How do I find my coach on Sportingo?

You do not search for one. Sportingo is for the coach you already train with: once they are on Sportingo, they invite you, and you join from that invite.

Is AI writing my feedback?

Your coach writes or speaks the notes and gives the scores. Sportingo turns those notes into a summary, and the coach reads and edits it before it is shared with you.

How do I coach on Sportingo?

Coaching is by invitation for now. Email support@sportingo.in with your sport and where you coach.
