Support

This is a working draft, written without a review from a lawyer. It is not final legal advice, and Sparkstream Technologies LLP will have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it in a dispute.
Where Sportingo is right now
Sportingo is in a coming soon state. Account creation through Google sign-in is available, but the booking, coaching, and payment features described for the app are not live yet, so there is no in-app help centre or full support team running at the moment.
Contact
Email support@sportingo.in with any question about Sportingo. We read every message, though response times may be slower right now than they will be after launch.
What to write in about
- When Sportingo is launching, and what it will do first.
- Trouble with the current coming soon build, including signing in with Google.
- Feedback on the app or this website.
- Press or business questions.
What support does not cover yet
Booking, coach matching, and payments are not live, so we cannot troubleshoot them yet. Support for those opens along with the rest of the service.
