  • To respond to support, privacy, safety, and legal requests.
  • To protect the product, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
  • To create payment links, verify players by OTP, record collection ledgers, process refunds, and support settlement operations.
  • To operate and improve the service.

  • Trusted infrastructure and communication providers that help us operate the service.
  • Payment providers and banking partners needed to collect player contributions, process refunds, and settle eligible payouts.
  • Professional advisers when needed for legal, security, or compliance support.
  • Authorities only when required by valid legal process or to protect users.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for service operations, legal obligations, security, and support. You may ask us to review or delete your information using the contact details below.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion or removal of personal information linked to your onboarding by emailing privacy@sportingo.infrom your registered contact details. We verify the request before deleting eligible data, and we may retain limited records where law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations require it.

Children and young athletes

We use conservative defaults for young athletes and ask guardians or responsible adults to contact us if any safety concern appears.
