You can ask Sportingo to access, correct, export, or delete personal information connected to your account or onboarding.
How to request
Email privacy@sportingo.in from the contact details associated with your onboarding, or ask our support team to start verification.
What happens next
- We verify that the request comes from the right person or authorized guardian.
- We confirm what information can be exported, corrected, or deleted.
- We complete eligible requests within 30 days unless the law requires a different timeline.
Limits
Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons. Where deletion is not possible, we will explain the reason and limit further use where appropriate.
